Quality Control That Does Not Move

Every bag that leaves our facility passes through a multi-step quality review before it is packaged. We check the stitching, hardware function, zipper action, lining integrity, and overall structure — by hand, individually. No batch sampling. No "good enough" standard. If it does not pass, it does not ship.

This is why we maintain a clear 14-day return request window. Customers may visually inspect their order after delivery, but a return is accepted only when the bag remains completely unused, uncarried, unaltered, and sealed. Every eligible return is subject to inspection under our Return Policy.
